The apartment has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, and a second larger bedroom with two French beds and a single bed, ideal for children or friends

The living area consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming environment even in the cooler seasons. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower, for maximum convenience.
Ponente Blu is air-conditioned with A/C units in the master bedroom and living room, and is equipped with radiator heating for the winter months.
